What is 1 on 1 Coaching?
1 on 1 Coaching is a 12 week personal fitness coaching plan. One on one personal coaching is strictly for people who want to gain muscle strength and muscle mass. You will get personalized workouts via email from me, bi-weekly check in calls to check progress, see how your feeling with everything, and make adjustments if needed.
