Fitness Courses -
At Munro Fitness Coaching we offer two different workout courses for you to learn off of. These are the basic workout programs to follow. They consist of five weeks of workouts made custom by us. They also offer nutrition and supplement advice, this consist of learning how proteins help muscle building and more! (only on select courses). If you are wanting to be more personalized to you, check out our 1 on 1 Coaching.

This course is the most beginner workout courses of the three offered. This course if designed to achieve weight loss and tone muscles in the course in the five weeks offered. This course is mainly cardio. Do not do this course if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or have any disability making you not able to do cardiovascular work.

This course provides five weeks of cardio training and muscle building/toning. You will get three days of workouts per week for cardio and muscle toning. These will consist of running and some slight weight use to get optimal gains.

If you are new to fitness or are just trying to loose weight. This course is the best bang for your buck. It offers multiple different workout routines for you to follow so you can slowly get into your workout routines.

This is the slightly more advanced weight lifting course offered by us. Designed to help you achieve significant muscle growth and strength gains. Our course offers a structured, scientifically-backed training program, ensuring you see tangible results.

This course offers over 5 weeks of workout routines, updating bi-monthly. You will get workout plans designed by the Munro Coaching Team. You will also get nutrition and supplement advice such as, proteins 101 and supplements 101.

Our Strength and Muscle Building Course is not just about lifting weights; it’s about transforming your body and your lifestyle. With our comprehensive approach, you’ll receive the knowledge, tools, and support needed to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. if you are a beginner, our program adapts to your needs, helping you push past your limits and achieve new heights in your fitness journey. Do not select this course if you are looking for something more challenging, if you are pregnant, or you have some sort of disorder making you not able to lift weights, or do cardio.
